We're very sorry, but once an order has been submitted, we are unable to process a cancellation. However should you no longer require your order once it has been submitted, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Our Delivery Policy
We promise to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Orders made during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Our Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition for a complete and immediate refund. Books must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt. Our refund guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs where an item is not damaged or faulty.
Please be sure to include the despatch note with the books you are returning.
If the books are damaged or faulty then 'authorisation to return' must be obtained. Contact us using the contact details given on this website and we will let you know of any further steps to return your item. In the case of refunds, they will only be applied to accounts once the damaged books have been returned to us.
